Cinchona Bark quinine - 25g, 50g, 100g

Set your tonic water apart with our premium cinchona bark.

Soak in water to extract quinine (quanine) the key bitter to make delicious tonic water and alcoholic drinks.

Infuse approx 10g to every 200ml of water to get a good extraction of flavour. Be sure to filter with a colander and filter paper for best results.

Caution: Cinchona alkaloids, like quinine, can be toxic in excess. Consume responsibly.
