Signature Lemon Myrtle Gin infusion (9 Botanicals)

With our blend, you can transform your ordinary vodka into extraordinary (coloured) gin! The whole process takes just over 2 days, with our gin infusion mix.

Ingredients

• Lemon myrtle leaf (dried, crumbled)
• Dried juniper berries
• Coriander seeds
• Allspice (pimento berries)
• Cardamon pods
• Rosemary
• Dried lemongrass
• Orange zest
• Bay leaf

Instructions

1. Add bag 1 (juniper) to 500-700 mls of vodka in a large clean jar.
2. Seal, shake and leave to infuse for 24 hours.
3. Add bag 2 (remaining ingredients), seal and shake well.
4. Seal, shake and leave to infuse for 24-36 hours.
5. Strain through a colander to remove all flavour ingredients.
6. Enjoy your hand crafted gin!
