Citrus Lemongrass Tonic water brew

Makes approx 500ml of tonic syrup (3.5 litres of tonic water)

Classic tonic brew ingredients:

- All spice
- Cardamom pods
- Cinchona bark (quinine)
- Citric acid
- Lemon grass
- Lemon peel
- Orange peel
- Lavender
- Salt

Infuse for 3 days, filter out the ingredients, then mix with the included sugar + water syrup recipe.
