Lemon Myrtle Rosemary Tonic water brew

Makes approx 500ml of tonic syrup (3.5 litres of tonic water)

Ingredients:

- Cardamom
- Cinchona bark (quinine source)
- Citric Acid,
- Juniper,
- Lavender,
- Myrtle leaf,
- Orange peel,
- Rosemary,
- Salt

Infuse for 3 days, filter out the ingredients, then mix with the included sugar + water syrup recipe.
